Welcome to the family, North Uist Distillery!
Craft Gin Club is pleased to welcome North Uist Distillery, the 2022 winners of Scottish Distillery of the Year at the Scottish Gin Awards, to our Family of Distillers.
North Uist Distillery’s special-edition Coast and Croft Gin snagged our November Gin of the Month slot. In a beautiful, turquoise-sprayed bottle, it was the centerpiece of Craft Gin Club’s Cosy Scotland Gin of the Month Box.
North Uist Distillery was founded by Jonny Ingledew and Kate MacDonald, who grew up in the other Hebrides and wanted to capture what makes their home so special and share it with the world.
The special edition Jonny and Kate produced for Craft Gin Club members features two key Hebridean botanicals: wild thyme, to represent the island’s crofts, and pepper dulse to capture the turquoise waters that surround the islands.
