Sibling Gin launches French 75 Gin exclusively on Craft Gin Club Shop

Sibling Gin has launched a their French 75 Dry Gin exclusively through Craft Gin Club's online shop.
The Cheltenham-based distillery, whose signature expression was Craft Gin Club's Gin of the Month in December 2015, is run by four Siblings. While the distillery has grown in leaps and bounds in the five years since their gin was a Gin of the Month - they have recently moved into a permanent distillery space - their commitment to craft has never wavered.
As co-founder and distiller Felix explains: "Even as we’ve grown, we’ve never stopped doing everything from scratch. It would be easy to take shortcuts, but we’ve stayed true to our principles – our gins now are exactly how they were back in 2015, when we were a Gin of the Month. We’re still stirring in the cane sugar for our base alcohol with a canoe paddle, and everything that goes out is overseen by my sister and me."
Sibling French 75 Dry Gin joins Sibling Negroni Gin in their cocktail range, which aims to capture the flavours and aromas of classic European cocktails.
The French 75 expression - which takes inspiration from the classic combination of lemon juice, simple syrup, gin and Champagne - is bright and citrus-forward on the nose. Lemon and juniper lead on the nose, while the palate carries the citrus and floral tones of the classic cocktail, enhanced by the champagne-blend grapes from Dry Hill Vineyard in Cheltenham, and a subtle sweetness from touches of vanilla.
This beautiful gin - which is available exclusively to Craft Gin Club members - is delicious in a perfect gin and tonic garnished with a slice of lemon.
