Elephant Gin August Offer Delights Members
The campaign was launched in line with World Elephant Day.
August's Family of Distillers Hero Campaign with Elephant Gin has been met with enthusiasm by Craft Gin Club members, we're happy to reveal.
For the month of August, our September 2016 Gin of the Month offered Craft Gin Club members a free miniature of their delicious sloe gin with every purchase of a full-sized product from our online shop. Coinciding with World Elephant Day, the campaign also marked the launch of Elephant Coffee Liqueur and the limited-edition Wildlife Warrior Gin, which sees the distillery partner with an artist each year on a collectable bottle and gift box set.
This campaign comes at an exciting time for Elephant Gin, which recently set up a foundation to support its mission: protecting and saving the African elephant from extinction. Elephant Gin donates 15% of its profits to elephant conversation efforts, and has recently passed the 1 million Euro mark; the new Elephant Gin Foundation will allow for greater transparency and visibility, along with allowing the Elephant Gin team to support other worthy causes.
Speaking about the August campaign, Craft Gin Club's head of E-Commerce Emily Roe said: "It was great to see Elephant Gin's Wild Warrior Gin sold in line with expectations, and their signature gin did very well throughout the month. But most exciting to see was what a hit Elephant Gin Coffee Liqueur was with our members. It's the first coffee liqueur from our Family of Distillers on the shop!"
