Two ghoulishly good Halloween cocktails from our Family of Distillers.
We love a creepy cocktail here at Craft Gin Club, which is why we leapt at the chance to partner with Pennington's Spirits and Liqueurs — the terrifyingly talented team behind our January 2021 Gin of the Month, Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin — on five Halloween cocktail bundles featuring their delicious liqueurs for our October Family of Distillers hero campaign.
Our members absolutely loved catching up with the Pennington's team, and their response to the spooky sips has been so strong it's scary! Supported by content across Craft Gin Club's magazine, blog and social channels, the Pennington's Halloween cocktail bundles saw strong sales across the month.

Zom-bee Sour
50ml Penningtons Cinder Honeycomb Gin Liqueur
20ml lemon juice
25ml orange juice
1 egg white, optional
Orange peel twist or a sprig of mint, to garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake a first time for a few seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously a second time. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish and serve.
Monstrous Mojito
45ml London dry gin
25ml Pennington’s Kendal Mint Cake Gin Liqueur
25ml lime juice
10ml simple syrup
Soda water, to top
Lime Wedge, to garnish
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a highball glass with ice and give a quick stir to combine. Enjoy!
